Here is an effect Idea: As a variation of the "Spawn Vehicle" effect, have a "Replace Vehicle" effect. So your current vehicle is replaced by another car/plane/boat keeping the current inertia. That should also work when on foot. If that's not possible: Is there a "Reverse Controls" effect?
