Dear Grandma,
I just arrived in Kamurocho, the weather is great and there are a lot of thuggish yet nice people around. I plan on going to a Karaoke bar later - you know I love singing "Baka Mitai". Tomorrow I'll chill with some hostesses and I'll hit the arcade, Outrun is the best! I'll get you a gacha toy as a souvenir, too.
Anyway, I wish you a great time watching your speedruns at the retirement home.
