Back in the bad old days when I only played Dragoon and there was no Duty Support, I had to find ways of occupying myself for sometimes 30min at a stretch whenever MSQ required Duty completion. One of the little games I would play is something I dubbed the MSQ DPS Queue GP (or MSQDPSQGP for short), a FF5-inspired full-circuit of the Eorzean continent on chocobo. Now, I would love to see this event run live, so if the racers would please gather at the Bentbranch Meadows aetherite, mount up, and on cue, depart SOUTH to the South Shroud, proceeding through Thanalan, Mor Dhona and Coerthas to return via the North Shroud; no dismounting, teleporting, taking ferries, or entering cities. Whoever completes the circuit and tags the Bentbranch aetherite first can choose what to do with the other $20 of this donation. You MAY go off-road, and probably should. You MAY go through Southern Thanalan or the East Shroud, but you probably shouldn't. Bonus points for silly racecar noises and/or pertinent racing commentary.
